Over the many years in business Dorado Designs has created a proven process to ensure every detail of your design has been examined, refined and perfected in a timely and cost-effective manner. Our thoughtful process means you can trust us. After all, it’s been working wonders for more than 25 years. You can rest assured we’ll bring your design to life, not just as you imagined, but better than you imagined.

CONSULTATION

A complimentary visit to your home where we will get to know each other and listen to your visions and dreams. We will help you understand our process and agree upon a planned investment for the scope of work based on our experience and knowledge.

CONCEPT

Based on your needs and all the information we gather; we will develop and present to you a preliminary design concept and visual renderings. This is the exciting part as you begin to see how your dream space will come to life.

CONTRACT

After you have approved the concept, we now begin to perfect and modify your designs and really get into the details. Contract documents are drafted and signed. The contract will include an approved concept drawing and descriptive scope of work and exact pricing.

CONSTRUCTION

Once construction drawings, design and pricing have been approved, you have nothing else to do but sit back, relax, and watch our team bring your dreams
to life.

COMPLETION

We want this to be a lasting relationship, so this feedback is important. With your approval, we will take “after” photos to share your new space. In the end you will realize we have not only built a spectacular space; we have built a friendship –
with you!
